GUEST HOUSE

Rent the Guest House at Rivers Edge Manor for the day or for a week. Go fishing, walk the grounds, or launch your canoe/kayak on the river.  

Families with children are welcome to rent the Guest House.

Vacation/Overnight Use of Guest House –

The Guest House has 2 bedrooms:  One has two full-size (double) beds, and the other has a queen bed. 

RATES                                                                          

    Overnight Stays --
     $121.50 per night for the first two nights for up to four people.
     $ 21.50/per extra person (7 person maximum)  

* Check-In Time:  2:00 PM (Earlier arrivals may be possible subject to availability.)
  Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Church Groups:  30% discount

    Day Use Only -- (8 people maximum, no beds)

      $ 16/hour, 5-hour minimum. 

    In addition to the use fees, the following charges are due at the time of reservation:

    Damage Deposit:  $100.00  (refundable one week after your departure).
    Cleaning Fee:       $  60.00  (refundable for those doing their own cleaning, laundry, toilets)

     Inquire about extra charges for use of the indoor lap pool in the main house (outside access) based on availability.
