The Rivers Edge Manor Retreat site is located between Lebanon and Sweet Home, Oregon on the South Santiam River. Enter our woodland paradise through the stone gated, timbered entrance. Drive down a long paved lane lined with Douglas fir trees, take the bridge across the rippling creek, and then as the road continues and curves to the right, guests will immediately feel special as they view the 3-level lodge-like manor home with river rock portico entrance and guest house across the way. While unloading their car, once hearing the gentle waterfall and soothing fountain, guests will be anxious to begin unwinding in a lovely, tranquil, 7-acre, grassy, park-like, riverfront setting. Our unique facility sits in a tranquil, very private setting in the Willamette Valley, only 1 hour - 30 minutes from Portland.. The uniquely decorated lodge-like main house immediately makes the visitor feel at home and comfortable. The large main house is supplemented by a spacious guest house. Our many features combine to make an ideal setting for goal setting , business planning, brainstorming, or just relaxing. The main meeting area is extremely spacious with a 24-foot vaulted ceiling to complete the comfortable and spacious feel. There are many supplemental areas for small group breakouts, and the numerous couches, chairs, and rugs provide ample seating for your group. The beautifully decorated great room with upscale furnishing has exceptional warmth and charm. The large sectional couch lends itself to intimate, comfortable meetings. The dining room has expandable seating and can be arranged to accommodate many different seating configurations. The river view is expansive, and the meeting area, dining room and kitchen all take full advantage of it. To get closer to the beautiful river, each of these areas open onto the large, covered wood deck. We are located on over seven acres of land with lawns and treed areas providing many secluded spots for reflection and quiet time. We have 600 feet of river frontage on the South Santiam River. Rivers Edge Manor is an ideal place
for small adult retreats. The natural surroundings provide a perfect place to
relax and enjoy a retreat from everyday life. We have a large open meeting room
and high-speed internet access available for group seminars, brainstorming, and
planning sessions. Our gardens and extremely private, tranquil setting enhance
the concentration you want for your purposes. Privacy, seclusion, and ample
accommodations plus close access to waterfront parks, shopping, restaurants and
